Melanie's Law Regulations

New regulations mandated by Melanie's Law go into effect today, according to a press release by Lt. Governor Healey. The regulations call for ignition interlock devices on the vehicle of any drunk driver granted a hardship licence or license reinstatement, and make hardship licenses more difficult to obtain.
