Massachusetts Uniform Trust Code seminar

On Thursday, April 25, from 12:00-2:00 pm the Norfolk Law Library Foundation will sponsor a Brown Bag Lunch seminar on the new Massachusetts Uniform Trust Code, effective July12, 2012.  The seminar will be held at the Norfolk Law Library in Dedham.  Leading the discussion will be Tiffany O'Connell, principal of O'Connell Law LLC in Natick, who specializes in trust administration.  This event is free of charge, but RSVPs to nllfoundation@gmail.com are requested.  Participants are free to bring their own lunch.  Beverages will be provided by the Foundation.  For more information on the MUTC, see Massachusetts Law about Trusts.
