Modification Pilot Program for IV-D Cases Expanding Throughout the Commonwealth

Probate and Family Court Standing Order 3-11 concerning the modification pilot program for IV-D cases was amended May 15, 2013.  Sections on service, notice, and effect of non-attendance were changed and expanded.  The pilot program originally started in the Bristol Division in 2011, and the amendment implements the program in all 14 counties with staggered dates in 2013.
