Criminal law title added to the Massachusetts Practice Guide Series

LexisNexis has published another title in their Massachusetts practice guide series entitled Massachusetts Criminal Law.  The volume covers the entire criminal process from arraignment to post sentencing issues in a concise manner.  In keeping with the format of the earlier titles, this softcover book contains practice tips and checklists as well as references to legal authorities and forms.  In the back of the book there is a glossary of Massachusetts sentencing terms and several sample forms.  This is truly a practical guide for Massachusetts attorneys who are representing clients in criminal matters.
