Use your Trial Court Library card at your computer

If you are Massachusetts resident, and are reading this blog, you should consider getting a library card at one of our 17 locations
You will have access to RetrieveLaw, HeinOnline, Nolo titles, Massachusetts newspapers and more, all from your home or office.
RetrieveLaw gives you full text searching of Massachusetts and Federal cases, statutes and regulations.
HeinOnline has a vast number of law reviews and more.  See our post here.
Nolo books are primarily written for the pro se or self represented litigant, but their information is accurate and valuable.
It is simple enough to do.  Just come to one of our friendly libraries and bring confirmation of your current address (driver's license, recent utility bill) and fill out a short form.
And of course, having a library card gives you the option of borrowing any of our complete selection of MCLE titles as well as comprehensive collections on Massachusetts law.
