Applying online for unemployment benefits

The Comm. of Mass has a great website which compiles links for the major activities involved in applying for unemployment insurance benefits online.  Among other links on that website is a Claimant User Guide, an employer user guide, and links to forms and publications.  The website for the Div. of Unemployment Insurance also includes a Need Help? link for claimants and employers.
