Social Media and Legal Ethics

As the use of social media increases, the legal profession has to be cautious about not violating ethical rules.  "10 Tips for Avoiding Ethical Lapses When Using Social Media" is an article written for legal professionals to help them avoid ethical problems when using social media.  "The authors cite primarily to the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct (RPC) and select ethics opinions from various states."   Legal professionals should also check the ethics opinions of the state where they are licensed to practice or maintain an office.
