How current is current?

Probate and Family Court Standing Order 2-99 addresses  the procedure for submitting some post-hearing motions.  It was recently brought to our attention that neither the Westlaw nor Thomson Reuters (West) version of the standing order include the May 23, 2012 amendment.  The Trial Court Law Libraries strive to provide the most current information available.  Although our staff work hard to find the most authoritative websites to which to link, please understand that we cannot assume responsibility for the accuracy of the information you may encounter once you leave our site.  Always make sure to read any disclaimers and FAQs for our statutes, regulations and rules.  And remember, when in doubt, feel free to give us a call, chat, text or send us an email to make certain you are using the most current information.
