The project was designed to meet the needs of attorneys, self represented litigants and judges in locations without internet access, such as a courtroom.
The books have been very popular, and have been downloaded to smart phones and tablets over 7,900 times.
We believe Massachusetts is the first state to make its rules and guidelines available in such a format.
