The new communications bulletin,
The Decoder, was developed by the MUPC Procedures Committee. According to the recent
press release, "The enactment of the Massachusetts Uniform Probate Code (MUPC) and the Massachusetts Uniform Trust Code (MUTC) dramatically changed court procedure for estate administration and trust cases." The issuance of this bulletin is "to help update court staff, the legal community, and self-represented litigants on court initiatives, new procedures, and other events related to the MUPC and the MUTC."

The Decoder will be issued at least quarterly and will be available on the
Probate and Family Court MUPC Hub."
