The Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation has a new online tool to help consumers figure out if they have recently purchased a new or used lemon. Consumers are guided through questions and answers to find out if their auto qualifies as a lemon under Massachusetts law. If the vehicle qualifies, owners are directed to the proper form to fill out.
