Superior Court to Allow More Time to Serve Motions by Mail

An amendment to Superior Court Rule 9A(b)(2) adds three days to the time period for serving motions and oppositions if the service is made by mail, effective January 1, 2014.  This and all other Massachusetts court rules can be found at Massachusetts Rules of Court.
